Changed your mind or received something that isn't right? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Here's how it works.
How it works
1. Request — open a return from a delivered order and tell us which items and why.
2. Approval — the merchant reviews your request (our team can step in if needed).
3. Pickup — a rider collects the item from you and returns it to the merchant.
4. Refund — once the merchant confirms receipt, we credit the full amount you paid to your Oloja wallet, ready for your next order.
Items should be returned in the condition you received them. The 7-day window runs from delivery. Refunds are issued to your wallet balance.
