These terms govern your use of Oloja as a customer, merchant or rider.
Payouts & settlement
Merchant payouts are settled 14 days after the transaction, once the customer has confirmed delivery.
Rider payouts are settled 7 days after the transaction, once the delivery is confirmed.
A transaction is considered closed only after the customer confirms delivery (or after the auto-confirmation window).
Conduct & verification
Riders and merchants must provide accurate identity and registration details. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, or repeated poor ratings.
